Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

北極熊說喜歡吃餅乾, 例如chocolate chip cookies ,不過不喜歡那種硬脆的, 喜歡裡面有點軟的那種, 於是自認為賢妻(閒妻)的我, 今天就來動手做餅乾吧!

Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies  serving: 3 dozens

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cups butter, softened not melted
  • 3/4 cups packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 package (3.4 ounce) instant vanilla pudding mix (很奇怪的一項)
  • 2 eggs, room temperature
  • 1 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups semisweet mini chocolate chips

Direction:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt, set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until very well. Add instant pudding mix into butter sugar mixture a little at a time until blended. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Add flour mixture about 1/3 a time, mixing good each time. Finally, stir in the chocolate chips. Refrigerate the dough. Drop cookies by rounded spoonfuls onto cool ungreased cookie sheets.
  3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven then remove cookies from the oven.
