北極熊說喜歡吃餅乾, 例如chocolate chip cookies ,不過不喜歡那種硬脆的, 喜歡裡面有點軟的那種, 於是自認為賢妻(閒妻)的我, 今天就來動手做餅乾吧!
Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies serving: 3 dozens

Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cups butter, softened not melted
- 3/4 cups packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 package (3.4 ounce) instant vanilla pudding mix (很奇怪的一項)
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 1 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups semisweet mini chocolate chips
Direction:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt, set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until very well. Add instant pudding mix into butter sugar mixture a little at a time until blended. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Add flour mixture about 1/3 a time, mixing good each time. Finally, stir in the chocolate chips. Refrigerate the dough. Drop cookies by rounded spoonfuls onto cool ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven then remove cookies from the oven.
